As a project leadership professional with over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry I am proud to be leading our highly skilled team as the Managing Director of Logic projects.co. Having commenced my career in trade-based roles I progressed to hold Senior Project Management positions with some of the country’s largest Tier 1 construction companies, delivering large-scale, high-profile projects. During this time, I have developed and maintained strong relationships with industry stakeholders. These multidisciplinary project experiences and industry networks, assist to ensure that our team continually deliver positive project outcomes for our clients.Known for being driven, approachable, trusted, and for providing certainty of outcome, I specialise in the upfront stages of project initiation, as well as the overall monitoring and management of a projects lifecycle to ensure success. I have a hands-on leadership style, with a strong emphasis on a collaborative approach and enjoy motivating teams to achieve a common goal. I maintain oversight of the full lifecycle and performance of each of our projects, being the key conduit for clients through to the project stakeholders, ensuring that the project brief and client objectives are met.
