The new UX being developed is a single consistent experience across the 3 channels and is targetted to reduce the Average Handling Time (AHT) for simplex mobile ordering from 22 mins to <3 mins. I was responsible for overseeing the project from E2E and at its peak across both the core business and IT dev and test teams the project was made up of ~40 full-time resources. The majority of the new IT functionality rolled out to the business was delivered using an agile approach with the delivery split up into four Epics and 17 Iterations containing over 300 user stories. The final Epic was deployed in late July 2016 and within two months of full launch over 2,000 orders per week were being successfully processed through the system. Show less

The remediation approach taken for the applications contained in my stream usually consisted of a mix of IT changes (90%) and business process changes (10%) to ensure overall compliance. I was responsible for the E2E delivery of all system remediation in scope of my stream, from the early analysis and solution phases through to deployment and change management out into the business. Over duration of the program my stream was responsible for delivering > $20M worth of IT and business process changes which were successfully deployed out to the organisation, impacting over 10,000 users.
