2019 – Managed the P&D Operation (City Operation), I was responsible for 3 Supervisors and 50-55 drivers. The Cincinnati City operation averaged 1.5M to 1.6M.2020 – Managed the Inbound and Day Reship dock operation averaging 1.3M to 1.4M and while the FAC Manager was out I was helping with the FAC for 5-6 Months, The Cincinnati FAC Crossed docked on average 3M lbs. each night. When I came Cincinnati I went to the FAC operation as a dock supervisor where I ran every sector, then I moved to the FAC coordinator role for 6 months at that time I also learned how to plan out inbound. Asked to move to city dispatch to help and run that operation, during this time I also filled in for the outbound FOS’s if someone was off. • Moved from shift to shift and from position to position within the Cincinnati Operation to help improve and make positive changes within the operation.• Cincinnati P&D hit cost goal for 2019
