-Managed deployment of ~38 million cases of frozen food products from Conagra’s second largest frozen foods plants into the organization’s internal distribution network to fulfill customer demand and maintain inventory levels at the plant for direct shipping volume bringing fill rate upwards of 99%-Planned operations for ~3 million cases of frozen food product for one of Conagra’s frozen foods plants-Piloted and maintained implementation of lot management and trailer quality management systems at our second largest frozen foods plants-Controlled orders of 12k pallets/week and inventory of 450k pallets at the plant-Led and implemented maintenance priority setting meetings to drive accountability in logistics department-Provided daily operational support through communicating and problem solving with carriers and internal partners in our transportation network for over 30 plants and co-packers-Handled track and trace to ensure OTD for critical customers/locations within the network-Analyzed data and provided complete ad-hoc reports to directors and managers to support the transportation business-Presented learnings and findings from rotational program quarterly to panel of leadership members -Represented Conagra at 6 different career fairs and events to recruit/interview candidates for the rotational program both virtually and in-person
