Continuous Skills Development Pillar Lead
Current• Coordinate & lead training programs ensuring all employees receive required training and perform gap analysis to identify areas and opportunity for improvement.• Ensure effective performance that drives desired culture and results.• Maintain and create innovative user-friendly tools and development education for both managers and team members.• Edit & produce new instructional training materials.• Ensure all training enrollments meet department directives.• Provide classroom lessons, self-paced assignments, hand-outs, job aids, training plans, analysis, quizzes and reporting.• Identify measures of success and business impact and routinely communicates progress to leadership.• Collaborate with business unit stake holders to listen & analyze training needs and implement solutions.• Oversee, develop, and lead training program(s) and team of trainers that take ownership of Team Member training and development to produce a high-performance team.• Cast a vision for training and bring the trainers and team to the next level.• Manage and maintain training tracking system and hold trainers accountable to updating as they train.• Manage and progress the Continuous Skills Development (CSD) pillar through deployment and phase progression.
