Senior Product Analyst
Current- Partner with business and technology teams to manage the intake process of system issues, incidents, research and reporting requests while prioritizing the work based on urgency/criticality to ensure completion within established SLA’s. - Support the development of digital roadmaps that reflect client needs/gaps and teammate needs/gaps, as well as foundational technology capabilities and other digital enablers. - Support system readiness by partnering with product, technology, and business teams to ensure communication and training of new features and functionality is appropriate prior to release to users. This includes building and maintaining functional requirements documentation for the LightStream digital lending platforms.
