I've been in the warehousing sector for decades. I've worked warehousing for companies like Gap Inc. Direct, VEGA Helmets, Dole plc, Big Lots Stores Inc and UPS Inc. I've always been a hands on worker. I tried to do some Management sector work with UDF Inc. However I've never liked how management, no matter where you go, always seems to think they have more rights and protections then the floor workers. I don't agree now, nor will I ever agree with the notion that ANY worker in a company is above any other. That's why I stick with the hands on work. I know how to do my job and I know how to do my job well. However, I'm also a worker that will stand up for themselves and isn't afraid to put any member of management in their place.I believe in Honesty, Integrity and Equality. What does that mean? That means that, I DO NOT respect "Titles", "Ranks" or "Labels". That means that to me, the CEO of a company is just as much of a c***, as the person who sweeps the floors at night. That means that I DO NOT care if you're my Manager, my Supervisor or my District/Regional Manager... I will hold you accountable for your actions, just like I would the person next to me. There is NO position that holds precedence over another, aside from your Warehouse Workers. They make your Warehousing sector...
