As part of the Proposal Solutions team, I was responsible for the crafting of compelling and persuasive responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ requests as well as proactive proposals to support the sales team. Successful projects included approval of Renaissance's digital solutions for state-wide implementation, as well as in large-scale districts. Regularly required to build relationships and communicate across a team of professionals in delivering our responses and doing so under aggressive timelines while often completing multiple projects at the same time. Developed product knowledge of solutions within the Renaissance portfolio, including multiple acquisitions. Support revision and maintenance of boilerplate language used in sales support and wrote initial language for new solutions. Provided editing support for sales documents. Facilitated discussions among the writer group on a variety of topics, including APMP best practices and work-life balance. Received APMP Bid and Proposal Foundation certification (2019).

As a newly created position based on statewide restructuring, provided coverage of local business news as well as lifestyle in the Stevens Point/Wisconsin Rapids area. This included business openings/closures, business profiles, event previews, and features with a digital-first focus. Social media responsibilities to promote our coverage across multiple platforms, along with photography and video. Also provided reporting support for breaking news along with coverage of local government, courts, and education.

Also served as primary reporter responsible for coverage of news regarding local education and non-profit organizations. Provided social media and photography support for digital and print products. Served in a variety of roles previous to this assignment including metro editor, assistant sports editor, and prep sports reporter.
