-Prepare project estimates and maintain Estimating Database-Assists Project Architect in preparing specifications to complement construction documents for projects.- Prepare general correspondence such as meeting minutes, respond to RFI’s, ASI’s, PR’s Field Reports and process Change Orders.-Review and certify contractor’s application for payment, review material test reports.-Review and discuss options and make recommendations to owners when changes are requested.-Perform site visits, participate in construction progress meetings, and prepare reports for construction projects that are in progress.-Provide substantial and final completion services

-Ensure that project deliverables are on-time, within budget, and consistent with design criteria.-Actively participate in value engineering process prior to construction as required.-Manage project construction budgets, costs, change orders, and subcontracts.-Create and and update the overall master project schedule.-Attend weekly construction progress meetings with owners and architects.- Track, review, and manage all submittals for project.-Participate in risk evaluation and contract negotiations.- Work directly with project superintendent and subcontractors on a daily basis.- Lead and manage punch list process to ensure product meets expectations.- Effectively anticipate and work through potential conflicts and provide solutions to keep project on-time and on-budget.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other contractors on a project site.• Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine methods and materials required.• Follow all company policies and OSHA regulations. • Load, move dirt, rocks, equipment, other materials, using excavators, bulldozers, skid loaders, backhoes, or related equipment.• Locate underground services, such as pipes and wires. • Observe grade stakes, hand signals, or other markings when operating machines.• Keep records of material or equipment usage and problems encountered.
