I have been in the full service food industry for sixteen years. I started at the ground level and worked my way up through the ranks. I was fortunate to have some very talented "old school" chef's to tutor under and eventually rounded my edges at Schoolcraft College's Culinary Art's program. I have extensive training in all aspects of the industry and am currently active Executive Chef and General Manager of a small wine bistro in the heart of downtown Mesa. I am also the owner/operator of Motor City Catering which I have high hopes for. My goals are to own a casual contemporary wine bar featuring live acoustic indie performers in a location not yet determined. My tenor in the music industry during my growth in the food service industry has given me an edge in PR work and various talents at fingering out up and coming entertainers.Specialties: Italian, French and American cuisine.
