Take note of and see to completion of all book keeping, clerrical, HR and any other office work as assigned. Contact the landlord, CPA, attorney, subcontractors, insurance broker, various government agencies, banks, vendors, customers, and all else who we do work with to make sure all of our needs and their needs regarding us are handled. Respond to e-mail inquiries, notices in the mail, and all correspondance. Keep all files, insurance, and books up to date. Manage a constantly changing schedule with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and employees in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
