At the start of 2018 ‘Clarks Originals’ opened their first ever flagship boutique. A concept store aimed at showcasing Clark’s most premium product offering.• Oversaw the stores first three year’s of trading, identifying issues as they arose and developing solutions. Feeding this information back to members of senior management.• Utilized my pre-existing relationships within the industry to help establish both the store and the brand within the London market.• Produced reports identifying and outlining current accounts/Lapse accounts and potential accounts.• Advised on the direction of the brand’s development in terms of media exposure, social outreach, and product placement.• Advised on the implementation of PR strategies pertaining to exclusive product releases with brands such as ‘Supreme’ and ‘OVO’.• Nurtured relationships with key influencers.• Curated entire store team and store atmosphere, working to desired brief from brand.

Footpatrol is a destination sneaker store located in the heart of Soho, I successfully managed the high profile, high profit boutique for 4 years.
