I am responsible for delivering and assessing the new 8th edition NPLQ Qualification under the supervision of the RLSS. Based in the Midlands, I have conducted assessments both locally and across the country both freelance and also under DC Leisure. I have been recommended by several assessors and candidates for my enthusiastic approach to the delivery of the course syllabus and have had 100% pass rates with all my candidates, most achieving employment within 6 months off completing the NPLQ.

I was appointed the Pool and Manager for Derby County Council, based at Stubbin Wood School in Shirebrook. Leading at the forefront off all developments in regards to the pool from Swimming Development to Lifeguard Training. Coordinator for all poolside operations such as NOP,EAP,PSOP starting the development of the activities for both students and staff from scratch.
