Experienced with practical engineering and eager to learn and apply what I have learned in my work. Love to work hard alongside others on my team and have fun while doing it. My career goal is to make a difference in the lives of my fellow employees and impact customers for good through robust engineering, judicious decision-making, and continuous improvement. With that context, I am currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Leadership and am working my way towards PMP certification and PE licensing. I look forward to the day when my goal is fully realized, and I can utilize both my inherited and studied organizational leadership skills to help create an empowered team of individuals who can work seamlessly to solve more complex problems than they could ever complete alone.
