Carnegie Hall (May 2016 - June 2016) Temp Administrative Assistant to Chief Information Officer. I coordinated meetings between team members and outside vendors through Outlook, provided catering and routed incoming calls. I worked as liaison between IT and Finance to manage invoices, getting approval for expenses, filling records and updating a shared Excel spreadsheet. I set up company cell phones for international travel, provided loaner phones and upgraded phones. I also scanned and copied documents as needed.

I helped plant Everyday Church, and became a worship and teaching pastor. I led our worship ministry which included the band, audio/visual, and all elements of the worship flow. I led our original missional community that the church was planted out of as well as launched another missional community focused on creativity. I preached 6-8 weeks each year as well as taught the Emotionally Healthy Skills 2.0 Course twice a year. I also provided some graphic design and build web presence (website, podcast, social media).

As a Specialist, I served customers by helping them find what product was best for them, troubleshoot any problems they had with their current devices and helped them get setup with their new products.

In partnership with the NewThing Network (www.newthing.org), a Leadership Residency is an opportunity for emerging church-planters to be immersed in the environment and culture of a reproducing church.I served in the following ways: Sunday Volunteer Team Leader, Small Group Leader, Internship and Summer Outreach Director, Location Equipment Manager, and Web Presence Manager.

Staff fundraising, equipment upgrades and event planning. I worked with our office manager to manage all of the vendors, visitors, calls and mail that came to the office. I successfully researched, tested and oversaw the first organization-wide videoconference made up of at least 16 people from various states and countries. I also researched, purchased and installed new audio/visual equipment for the main meeting room.

I aided the Director of Development in the logistical preparations for a collaborative program between the Orchard Group and Ozark Christian College (www.occ.edu). We brought five classes of 10-20 students from OCC to New York City for four to seven days at a time to learn about Church Planting. While the students were in the city, I acted as their guide and mentor. The program was a success and continues to bring students to New York City and will be partnering with more colleges in the future.
