Set up a brand new full business infrastructure from scratch, in a very short timescale, for Dreamlifts Ltd., to represent Ukrainian air cargo giant Antonov Company in the world air cargo market. With responsibility for all facilities, IT and telecoms, in a 24/7 environment, I allowed the directors to focus on successfully running this new company. During my 3 years at Dreamlifts Ltd. I was also the lead in achieving ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certifications. Careful selection and management of outsourced services was crucial in this broad based role.
