This often required support in assisting Project Architects to prepare detailed project plans, define scope of works, team structures, budgets, and project programmes as a minimum. He works in collaboration with a number of the UK top practices including Make Architects, Squire&Partners, Dyer Group, HOK, BDP, PRP Architects to develop designs and deliver first class solutions, through innovation and developed working procedures.

Other leading projects included supporting the London 2012 Olympic Aquatic Centre bid and on-going design development through both Olympic, Overlay and Legacy modes based on IOC requirements. In addition, he led the design team for the Brighton International Arena, a competition-winning scheme for a flagship mixed-use development on Brighton sea-front.

The Hauseman Group is specialized in Hotels design and led major roll out programs for hotels, including the Ramada, Holiday Inn prototype and Hawthorne Suites within the UK. In February 2001, Nathan joined The Hauseman Group; he initially led the design of the first Hawthorne Suites Hotel in the UK. The philosophy behind the development was to provide an extended stay facility that provided a home-away-from-home. This project was later delayed, and the original design later resurrected as a Ramada Hotel & Suites. He also contributed to a number of other Hotel projects across England, as well as an Office Development in Scotland. Nathan was later made redundant as a result of The Hauseman Group entering into receivership.

He led the concept design solutions which included rationalisation and re-organisation of the existing layout, whilst also providing continued design and technical assistance upto Tender Stage to provide information for the Main Contractor to allow vision to become reality. After the completion of this project, there was a reduction in workflow in the office, forcing me to find employment elsewhere.
