Decided to pursue a new role at WindowMaster as Business Development Manager. WindowMaster are manufacturers of market leading window automation control systems.- Key account management responsibilities.- Pipeline and accurate forecasting of projects- Presenting regular CPD seminar with a large number of renowned architects and consulting engineers. - Attending design meetings. - Advising architects and consultants at design stages right through to producing the sale for our products.

Velux Commercial took control of Vitral rooflights in November 2018. The Specification Manager role from Vitral continued and job title was changed to Business Development Manager. My area also changed to North London and the Midlands. In the time up until I left (2nd year) I was on track to produce approximately £1.5m in sales.- Similar responsbilities-Taking on the duty of also selling the Velux Commercial rooflight products in addition to the Vitral products.

Promoted to Specification Manager after 3 months in the transition role. - Achieving total sales over £1 million in the first year.- Full Key Account & Installer partner management responsibilities. Which involved attending regular meetings with each partner and ensuring they are always treated fairly. - Specify and manage projects up to point of sale and handover to project delivery team. - Attending design and site meetings and liaising with architects, main contractors and sub contractors throughout all of the design and procurement stages of a project. - Full pipeline management and responsibility of accurately forecasting over 200 projects. - Complex problem solving - Objection handling- Advanced estimating of the most detailed projects.

After 9 months I was promoted internally into a transition role working towards becoming Specification Manager:- All previous responsibilities- Forecasting and pipeline management- Attending meetings both at design and procurement stages- More complex estimating duties- Producing 3d models of rooflights for visualisation purposes.

Initially joined as an Internal Technical Sales representative assisting the Specification Manager with running the South and London area. - Estimating duties- Receiving and handling enquiries from clients, architects, contractors, sub contractors and installer partners.- Handling lower value projects from inception to point of sale- Problem solving and troubleshooting. - Building close B2B working relationships with the installer partner network
