Responsible for the data acquisition system at NASA Glenn’s Propulsion Systems Laboratory. This included setting up projects, running and maintaining the steady state data system for tests. In charge of data integrity and delivery to customers. Completed 2 major tests as a lead data engineer and 3 as a secondary data engineer. These included tests with NASA as test owner and tests where the owner was an outside customer.Worked with the NASA development team that created the steady state data system used for these tests in order to help shape how the program developed, bug reporting, and testing new features.Responsible for training new data engineers. Responsible for maintaining data security as needed per each specific test's security level.

Edwards Air Force Base

Working with AFRL on a sub-scale rocket engine test stand. Responsible for the steady state and dynamic data systems of a sub-scale rocket engine test cell. Completed multiple projects with both the air force and outside customers were test owners. Responsible for validation of instrumentation hookup and connection to data systems.Responsible for data integrity and delivery to customers.

As a peer leader I had the job of mentoring the incoming freshmen and helping them get situated into the norms of college life. This involved me helping them to create time-management skills, wellness understanding, and what it is going to take to be in an engineering major.

for 4 semesters; * Worked with Research engineers in developing designs for a CubeSat satellite for use in studying how gascondenses in micro-gravity. Had to create the gas generation, and storage tanks, using Pro-Engineer/Creo, tofit within the confines of the CubeSat. I also used the CAD programs to run stress analysis and createanimations for the parts of the CubeSat. I also assisted in writing MATLAB code to simulate the attitudecontrol system. Created circuit board layouts for imaging system.* Researched and Developed a creation procedure and test plan to create and test chemical oxygen generatorswhich were planned to be used on the CubeSat. For this project I worked from scratch with patents to createthe system to create the gas generation pellets and the system worked.* Participated in conference calls with partnering NASA, DARPA, and Lockheed Martin engineers on variousprojects which I was working on.* Worked on the company's main product, the Cryo-Tracker®, a cryogenic fluid sensor. Where I assisted indesigning and conducting an experiment for new materials and epoxies for sensor nodes of Cryo-Tracker®,and testing alternative diodes use in none cryogenic liquids for use in ballast tanks of a submarine.
