Throughout 2022, I worked on a number of large scale projects, including the implementation of a new CRM system, which included a comprehensive review of our sales processes and automations. The upgraded system enabled us to kick-start our email marketing campaign to nurture prospect leads which has resulted in an increase in pipeline conversions.I also lead a project to completely re-develop our website throughout Q3 of 2022, with the goal of increasing new and returning visitors, reducing bounce rate and bringing the site in-line with our new brand. Since this project completed, we have recorded a number of improvements to the site performance, ranking and visitors.So far this year (2023), I have continued to develop our presence within the UK plastics manufacturing market, but also began to focus our marketing efforts towards the USA, with tailored email campaigns, paid adverts and events with the overall objective to increase our market share of the USA plastics manufacturing industry.

I began my exciting journey at Intouch in 2019, around the time which the company launched its new 'plug and play' cloud based MES system. As a result of the new business model, a new marketing strategy was devised to promote the SaaS based system. This included a company re-brand, followed by the launch of our 60-day-free-trial campaign in the summer of 2020, this has removed a substantial sales barrier prospect leads do not need to obtain CapEx approval at the point of installing the software, and as a result, we have seen a large increase in overall conversions.

I founded Flux Media Productions LTD in late 2018 with the objective to produce and deliver high-quality digital content to local businesses with a personal objective to develop my skillset having recently graduated sixth form. Since then, we have rebranded and are now trading under Flux Promotions and steered our expertise towards B2B marketing. We now offer consultancy based services which specialise in Content Generation, Website Optimisation, SEO, PPC, Email Marketing and CRM Management. Throughout this time, we built a strong client base and successfully delivered many high-quality projects while gaining experience working within the videography industry. Using revenue generated by the company, I was fortunate to work towards gaining a PfCO qualification to fly drones for a commercial gain, which enabled us to expand our offering into what was a niche market at the time.

During my time at Boost Trampoline Parks, I moved to assisting in customer service, events and corporate sales. This role involved coordinating events, driving sales and delivering high-level customer service when responding to customer queries and questions.
