As a former construction project manager my experience is an asset in land-use, zoning, real estate, business and construction matters. Recent matters include: • Represent various real estate and development clients in zoning and land development approvals for commercial, industrial, life sciences, residential, multifamily, hospitality, quarry, and solar energy projects; • Represented buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases, sales, and purchases of life sciences, self-storage, solar, office, retail, senior living and elder care facilities, residential, warehouse, raw ground, and various commercial and industrial properties;• Obtained zoning relief, rezoning, and land development approvals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for commercial, residential, and industrial properties for a variety of uses and sectors;• Obtained successful rezoning for apartment development;• Negotiated favorable settlement for client facing zoning enforcement action and private cause of action under Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code;• Represented buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions commercial properties, on matters from raw ground to properties with existing tenants and users;• Represented financial institutions and borrowers in lending transactions from $1M - $80M+;• Represented partners, members, and owners of partnerships, S-Corps, and limited liability companies (LLC's) in purchases, sales, and various transactions ranging from equipment purchases and leases to sales and acquisitions of entire companies;• Formed numerous corporate entities and restructured various businesses' corporate structures; • Represent contractors, subcontractors, and owners in filing and resolving mechanic's lien matters in PA and NJ; and• Assist clients with drafting and negotiating construction contracts.Outside of the office you will find me trying to do something outdoors with my wife and daughters (often involving our bikes), riding my bike, swimming, pretending I’m still an athlete, or watching my daughters as a proud dad in their various activities.
