My practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of employers in all areas of labor relations and employment law including defense of claims of discrimination and other actions against employers, assisting in compliance with federal state and local employment laws, supervisory training, drafting Employment and Severance Agreements, labor negotiations, response to Unfair Labor Practice Charges and arbitrations. Wherever possible, I prefer to be proactive and assist in strategies to prevent problems with employees before they occur.
