Responsible for budget management and reporting. Recruited, trained, and managed teams of resident “Energy Advisors” who conducted short energy and water conservation audits, and organized community meetings to respond to resident questions and complaints during construction. Managed award winning Green Collar Corps youth groups in two British Columbia Housing communities.
