The Pennsylvania Small Business Development Center, or SBDC, provides no-cost confidential consulting and low-cost training in proven management fundamentals helping small business owners and potential entrepreneurs make sound decisions for the successful operation of their business.- Oversaw the reception, organization, research, and submission of over 150 general and personalized research requests for the entirety of the 16 PA SBDC regional offices. These requests were used by clients and consultants to make informed decisions on competition, best practices, benchmarks, patents in the US and overseas, demand, and points of differentiation-Coordinated the long-term planning and successful grand opening of two small businesses by writing press releases, coordinating SBDC staff, reaching out to elected officials, and maintaining relationships with local press contacts- Managed the Kompass.com worldwide company listings database and conducted research requests for the entire Pennsylvania network of business consultants
