About Nathan Heintz

I am a consultant, researcher, and internal arts practitioner working to facilitate systemic change and social regeneration. I practice ethnographic research, collaborative design, systems thinking, conflict resolution, and contemplative practices.With Potential Project I'm designing and delivering transformative meditation-based leadership development programs with global organizations. I've had the privilege of studying and working all over the world on projects addressing complex social challenges like child protection, race inequality, immigration, and pandemic response. My approach is about building trusting, collaborative relationships and leading by listening and empowering others.I hold a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany. I’ve also studied at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal in Durban, South Africa; and the Center for the Study of Social Systems at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, India. When I'm not immersed in fieldwork and facilitation, I can be found traveling, climbing mountains and practicing Chen Style Taijiquan.
