In January of 2018, I transitioned into another Global Role as Global Production Engineer. In my current role, I am the process expert for all Molding and Closing Processes. I provide engineering solutions to issues related to blade design or ergonomic challenges on the Production Floor. I am responsible for the Work Instructions and maintaining the integrity of the Process, evaluating deviations from the process on a case-by-case basis, and conducting trials to determine if new processes should be implemented in place of current processes. For Quality Investigations (QIs), I serve as technical expert to determine Root Cause of product failures and claims to help contain and correct escapements.

• Supervised and coordinated the testing of the Automatic Continuous Air Monitoring System (ACAMS) to ensure compliance with RCRA and EPA standards. • Calculated allowable emissions amounts against the values given by the air monitoring units and the Process Data Acquisition and Recording (PDAR) system to confirm the accurate reporting of hazardous emissions to the EPA. • Responsible for various Mechanical Design projects under the supervision of a PE, including piping installations and reroutes. • Responsible for various HVAC projects including PMs and replacements of chillers and air handlers, sizing units for cooling loads, and cost/benefit analysis of upgrading site Exhaust Filtration Units.• Conducted Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving Analysis of a 300-ton chiller; coordinated the correction and repair of the unit with both on-site and off-site personnel.• Performed the structural analysis to determine whether specific equipment in the plant would be adequate to withstand explosions or extreme heat excursions. • Obtained Department of Defense clearance in order to perform job duties.
