The first beer-themed poster show and beer tasting in history! In three short months we took the idea from concept to execution and forged a great partnership with Art Buddies. We exceeded fundraising goals by almost 50%. Attendance was over 750 people (50% over goal).

Tasked as Solutions Architect and Technical Director of the Minneapolis office servicing Target. Coordinated between offices in New York, Los Angeles and Costa Rica. Played key technical role taking projects from discovery phase to production.

Provide key leadership in the areas of infrastructure, morale, mentoring, recruiting, reputation and vision. Instrumental in securing new business through superior technical capabilities. Instituted process support systems ranging from version control to bug tracking, prepared company-wide server strategy and spearheaded the creation of a multilingual CMS product. Responsibly scaled the department from three to fifteen with minimal turnover by cultivating a cohesive work environment. Recruited a large freelancer network and forged strategic vendor alliances for hosting, e-commerce and specialized development efforts.

Responsible for development of Front-End interfaces, ColdFusion applications and .NET templates. Created microsites for BMW.com, redesigned Timberland e-commerce system and implemented changes to the Fallon extranet. Acted as a key player in launching the successful Bahamas.com tourism Web site.

Assisted a team of developers in migrating existing Internet tools and building new Web applications. Responsibilities included ASP Programming and Oracle Database integration while introducing Fusebox Architecture to the development team.

Senior developer on the Scotts.com Web site consisting of seven personalized portals served managed by a custom built CMS. Participated in strategic planning and prototyping of the first Target.com e-commerce Web site. Designed and implemented re-branding of the ZoneTrader.com online auction Web site. Job responsibilities included Art Direction, Information Architecture, Front-End Development, Back-End Development and Application Architecture.
