I worked with the Automated Carbon Fiber Placement Team for Boeing 777x and Kawasaki Heavy Industries projects. My responsibilities were the machine pneumatics, chilling system, operator platform, safety systems, and laser inspection mounts.

Managed a team of 30 Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, and Software Engineers. Utilized requirements based design process to create an ultra-lightweight autonomous rover mining system. Used Solidworks Simulation FEA to help design and analyze composite surfaces. Presented weekly progress reports to advisory committee.

Created an Enhanced Environment Actuator Lifetime Tester. Designed components in Solidworks and created formatted part drawings for machinists. Programmed it to simultaneously collect, manipulate, and react to data from 55 sources including torque sensors, potentiometers, thermocouples, and motor feedback. Simulated torque load and high temperature product.
