This position has taught me an incredible amount - not only as a frontend developer, but as a responsible, accountable, and determined team member who operates efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and challenging environment that can change directions in an instant. Working in a start-up has also pushed me into a much more independent environment, often left to my own devices to provide value, and solve problems - however, still getting the support that I need. This level of independence has provided me with many skills which are extremely translatable and impactful, such as: resourcefulness, confidence, courage to back myself, problem solving, perspective changes when approaching problems, networking, decision-making, time-management, and self-learning.
