Moving into the Systems Administrator role at Ocean Software I took on the duties of managing the on premises infrastructure; performing maintenance and improvements where possible. As the IT Support staff for Ocean Software I was responsible for all day to day desktop support activities such as, the general maintenance of VOIP systems, ensuring virtual machines were kept patched up to date, setting up user accounts in both local and Azure AD environments, monitoring and maintaining anti-virus.A couple of the key achievements from my time in this role are:-Mass deployed a new Enterprise grade Anti-Virus solution to replace an older AV solution-Setup and managed vPABX system, including ring groups, IVR’s and schedules
