As an Account Development Manager at News Corp Australia I was responsible for developing and growing existing low-medium value clients into high value clients to pass on to our Field Sales and Key Accounts Teams.In order to achieve this goal we rolled out new bundles for our products to help our clients move into the digital marketing space, I was the first News Corp Employee to sell one of these bundles.

As a Market Manager at News Corp Australia I performed to Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI's including Call Targets, Conversion Rate, Dollar Per Sale, Average Call Time and Revenue Targets.My main objective was to perform Outbound Calls to Previous Advertisers and sign them on for Advertising in our Local and Metro publications. During my time I started off selling Classifieds Ads of different forms to SMBs and to our High Value Agency clients before finally moving to Display Advertising. During that time I performed duties as 2IC for 2 different teams, being given responsibility of training and coaching new employees within my team, and I was flown to our Adelaide office in order to assist in training and give on floor support to a new sales team being set up.While a Market Manager I was in our Top 10 Performers of the Month on Several Occasions, I also received awards for Highest Outbound Calls of the Quarter and Highest Conversion Rate of the Quarter.

As a Crew Trainer I was responsible for training new crew members in all aspects of our store and providing ongoing coaching to ensure constant improvement in our staff. In that time I was also Chairperson of the Safety Team and responsible for receiving our delivery in an efficient and tidy manner.
