Assistant Superintendent Communicate with project managers and customers to ensure the project meets customer satisfaction. Complete daily reports to record the jobs progress. Acquire specialty subcontractors as needed. Coordinate subcontractors to insure project stays on budget and is completed in a timely manner. Lead Carpenter Manage a 3-4-man crew of carpenters. Complete material estimation and order supplies. Work directly with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors to resolve issues. As lead carpenter I was frequently requested by general contractors and customers for special projects. Construct log homes and residential remodels. The construction of a log home was from foundation to finish. Duties include Concrete foundation, setting logs, completing electrical chases through logs, window and door installation, interior wall framing, drywall installation, drywall finish, and tongue and grove ceilings. Residential remodeling duties were to complete the demolition, installation and finish carpentry of various projects in a home.

Daily duty was to support production by coordinating structural materials to various departments within the facility. Other duties included inventory control, material analysis, quality control, and metal fabrication. I was also an equipment and co-designer to several specialty tools and safety equipment. Redesigned department to successfully support 6000+ production hours a week. Department previously maxed out at 2000 production hours.

Sun Banks resort is a lake front resort offering tent, r.v., cabin, and villa rentals. The resort also has a restaurant and a bar. As a maintenance worker I was responsible for making repairs to the villas, restaurant, bar, potable water, and irrigation system. During peak times I was also certified to bartend.

Coulee Dam plumbing is a small plumbing company with only two employees. Aside from assisting the journeyman plumber in repairing and installing new plumbing I assisted in the day to day operations of the business by scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and processing payments.
