CS has been my air for the last 15 years--the 5 most recent have been specific to contact centers. After my contact center career began in mid 2017, my career movements accelerated as I discovered CS leadership. Not only have I led CS teams to truly outstanding performance, but I have taken on additional opportunities as a mentor to young women in seeking a career in technology. The last few years, leading through crisis and extreme adversity has taught me lessons that otherwise would take some leaders years to learn.
