A little bit about me. Electricity is my hobby, my passion, my career, and my life. If I am not working on something electrical at my job, when I am not at work I am still working on some form of electrical project. Officially, my total working experience is a bit more than 3 years, however, I have had the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform complex electrical work for close to 10 years. I am an autodidact and I learn by teaching myself. I have a very strategic and demonstrably successful self-education methodology. I began with computer science to include software engineering and low level programming where I learned x86 ASM, ANSI C, linux systems administration, complex bash shell scripting and interpreted programming, etc. This field of study gave me the insight into computational logic, lambda calculus, boolean arithmetic, relay logic, and programmatic top-down structure design that ultimately led me towards electrical hardware. From there I taught myself everything I would need to qualify for a bachelor's in electrical engineering. I am heavily well-versed with NFPA 70, including the recent addition of NFPA 70B into the standard.I am very proficient in installing custom rigid and EMT conduit, wire ducts, raceways, pull boxes, and other common electrical tasks. I can design, build, and implement custom automation and controls solutions for any task where the materials, resources, time, and budget allows.
