Ensured timely delivery of applications as well as the quality of applications. Served as team lead and architect for a 10-person team supporting Monster’s core Pay-Per-Click initiative. The application platform tracked over 1 billion views and clicks monthly to generate $12+ million in annual revenue. Efficiently utilized Amazon’s cloud infrastructure (AWS) to support the traffic-based scaling and deployment needs.• Managed changes to project scope, product schedule, and costs to keep project plans accurate and up to date.• Was responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of more than 10 applications, ranging from REST APIs to high volume processing engines to an Angular website. • Worked with the Product Owners, aligned technical solutions with the business needs, and made sure solutions remained true with the overall architecture. Ensured quality as well as timely delivery of applications.

Worked on a broad spectrum of Monster’s leading technologies, supporting Monster’s Government Solutions (MGS) division.• Developed front end as well as backend components using a variety of technologies, primarily .NET, and Angular. • Led work on both managing project enhancements to the existing applications and creating new components. As the product owner and technical architect, revamped the legacy MGS seeker facing application. • Delivered on multiple high-impact projects, working and leading teams and cross functional partners to define and influence solution strategy. Provided leadership in driving roadmap creation and execution.• Worked effectively with technical resources and cross-functional business partners to meet the timelines set out by the business while delivering the desired functionality.
