Key Projects/Achievements: • Smallworld PNI Records Updating || 2016 – Current Field collecting, recording, analysing and correcting data for several clients income streams. • Records Data clean-up || TLRD System March 2021 Datamaps was able to significantly reduce the discrepancies between the client’s GIS dataset and TLRD dataset (due to legacy, integrity and data integrity issues) to a “BAU” level.• NZ National Ultra-Fast Broadband Field Design Support || 2019 – 2020 Led Datamaps NZ in collecting Lidar field data for a client for various Network Design purposes, such as pole loading calculations and cable height compliance; Datamaps NZ completed the task on schedule even amidst the COVID-19 lockdown and a significant increase in the scope of works. • Field Support for an International client || 2018 Provided field support for an international client working on a proof of concept for a fibre to the premise project. The scope of works included auditing existing network, depicting the best property boundary to deploy the network to and provide detailed plans to design the network from. • FTTP Network Design || 2017 Network Designed a complex 200 premise Fibre to the door Network for a “proof of concept” project. The project included the utilisation of a mixture of existing fixed and air blown fibre underground networks. Using purpose build applications, Datamaps NZ excelled by providing the client all the information they required with the agreed timeframe. • Lidar Corridor Mapping Led Datamaps NZ in undertaking a 50km of vehicle mounted Lidar corridor mapping for a major utilities company to depict various objects impeding into the corridor with 10 cm accuracy. Datamaps allocated, photographed, mapped and analysed 889 impacting variables as per the Project brief.
