Having entered the discipline of food science late in my college career, I’ve nevertheless developed a passion for it. This is especially the case for food engineering and food processing principles. I’m fascinated by the field of functional ingredients. I would like the opportunity to get an entry level position in an established food company or government dealing with the food science field.
