As the Lead Pilot, I have played a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient standardization of our base's operations, while adhering to regulatory guidance as outlined by the GOM and SOP. In addition to serving as the Pilot-in-Command, I have been assigned several delegated duties by the Aviation Services Manager, such as ensuring timely and accurate submission of company audits and reports, overseeing the base flight helmet and NVG inspection programs, and developing base adverse weather plans.I have also been responsible for coordinating pilot scheduling and training, ensuring crewmember flight-time and duty period limitations and rest requirements per the CFRs. Additionally, I have acted as the primary point of contact for the base regarding standardization, compliance, and base audits with the ASM, while participating in communications and meetings outlined by the partner/customer, while maintaining clear communication with the ASM.I have led a team of pilots and mechanics, overseeing their performance and productivity. I have also monitored the base's climate and culture, reporting any deficiencies or issues to the ASM in a timely manner. As a Rotary Wing Instructor Pilot, I train and evaluate aviators on basic and advanced flight techniques, including emergency procedures and operations over rough terrain in both day and night environments. Additionally, I instruct and evaluate on the use of unique electronics equipment such as precision, non-precision, and GPS route navigation and approaches. I conduct initial standardization flight evaluations for new air crew members and annual evaluations for assigned and attached pilots. I also serve as Pilot-in-Command for multi-engine rotary wing aircraft for various operations including airlift support, medical evacuations, rescue operations, transportation of classified, chemical or other hazardous cargo. In my role, I am responsible for training aviators in preflight, normal and emergency procedures, aircraft systems, and performance and technical mission tasks. I am also responsible for preflight weather analysis, route and altitude selections, alternate airport selection, fuel and passenger load computations, and route planning for precision, non-precision, and GPS route navigation and instrument approaches. I also serve as the Commander's representative in daily operations, reviewing operation orders and training schedules, and formulating, overseeing, and evaluating overall training programs. I develop near-term, short-range, and long-range training plans and guidance. Additionally, I assist the commander with planning, scheduling, coordinating, and briefing organic and joint/combined tactical aviation operations, and I provide technical and tactical expertise for the operations of the digital TOC, Army Battle Command System, Aviation Mission Planning System, Portable Flight Planning System, and related systems.As a UH-60 Pilot, I fly under tactical and non-tactical conditions, establish secure communications in accordance with unit SOP, state guidance, and Army policy, and perform other duties as assigned.

Instructor for the Fire Support Specialist entry level reclassification course for soldiers who transition from other military occupations, I instructed the Government provided Program of Instruction (POI) and evaluated students on tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) under field, simulated, and classroom conditions. I administered examinations, evaluated test results, and correlated test results. Additionally, I operated a Call for Fire Trainer (CFFT) simulator as part of the POI on Joint Fires Observer procedures.
