◾Various administrative tasks including: facilitating hiring, firing, personnel actions,signing contracts, negotiating financial agreements with customers or providers,managing bank accounts and payments, providing and overseeing all levels ofcustomer support, creating and implementing procedures and otherdocumentation. ◾ Overseeing NOC operations including: configuring servers, networks, WAN and LANlinks. ◾ Architect and deploy solutions using commercial/open source equipment and software.

◾General operations tasks○ Install / upgrade ram, CPU, GPU, NVMe, NIC.○ (L1-L3 networking) Cable boxes, configure networking bonds / vlans / mlag,diagnose network issues○ Install / upgrade FW, OS, software, manage security configurations for servers◾Develop Telegram and Discord bots to integrate with custom panels and support tickets.

◾ Machine learning engineering, analytics, and development as needed◾ Develop systems, interfacing with and building APIs, panels, creating proceduresand other documentation◾ General system administration including:○ WHMCS installation, configuration, and management○ CDN, cloud proxy, DNS, WAF management

◾Design and implement a system to automate scheduling and billing workflow. ◾Used Google Apps Scripts and G-Suite, created a set of forms for collectingpatient/appointment information & creating calendar events, confirming /updating appointments, logging procedures, estimating procedure costs, enteringbilling costs / generating invoice pdf / emailing recipients. ◾Create specific ‘data views’ in google sheets, limiting data permissions for each stage of the process and a unique calendar for each medical center.

◾Research and understand the specific market and company values. ◾Design and architect a competitive website with a focus on UX, SEO andextensibility. (Headless CMS, Webpack, CDN, Load-Balancers, Event-driven servers) ◾Implement the website designs using modern web-technologies and standards with a focus on security, maintainability and forward compatibility.

◾Work with a team of interns to:○ Apply machine learning to a patented MSSQL-based hyper-graph database○ Design and implement a regression algorithm (neural network) for predicting intermolecular forces○ Create a research poster and publish our findings
