I also provide daily support of enterprise critical systems and services including email, calendar, Box cloud storage, user account management, online portal access, print systems, Duo two-factor authentication, etc.In this position, I also manage a team of 15 Student labor positions and provide training and mentoring to them over the various technologies and services that we provide. I have also completed several large IT projects, including a $225,000 computer lab renovation project to update aging equipment; as well as the rollout of of JAMF mobile device management to provide better support, management, and improved IT security and compliance for Apple devices. I oversaw all aspects of our Tier I help desk area. In this role, I managed and directed 25+ student labor positions to support the technology needs of the campus through a focus on providing high quality and timely customer service.

Provide support for all of the campus' multimedia needs including: A/V support for campus events, and multimedia classroom technology support.

Hardware and software support for the campus covering a variety of technologies including: Mac, Windows, and mobile devices, active directory account creation & management, and a variety of enterprise critical systems.

Responsible for graphic design and page layout for four monthly publications. Also provided managerial oversight for other designers, and technical support for office equipment
