IT professional with 15 years of experience in higher education information technology and customer service. My experience in higher education has been very broad and covers an array of services and technologies. I have practical hands-on experience with everything from basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting to back end infrastructure support to multimedia classroom technologies. This diverse experience has perfectly positioned me to do what I love best: help people.
