I also provide daily support of enterprise critical systems and services including email, calendar, Box cloud storage, user account management, online portal access, print systems, Duo two-factor authentication, etc.In this position, I also manage a team of 15 Student labor positions and provide training and mentoring to them over the various technologies and services that we provide. I have also completed several large IT projects, including a $225,000 computer lab renovation project to update aging equipment; as well as the rollout of of JAMF mobile device management to provide better support, management, and improved IT security and compliance for Apple devices.
