inHoPE is a ministry dedicated to strengthening unity in the body of Christ. Through several initiatives, including the inHoPE Podcast, guest speaking, coaching, and collaborations with various ministries, we train and develop unity between Christians and Christian organizations.Limitless is a micro-church committed to building relationships that change lives. We are intentionally underwhelming, centering our gatherings on discovering the truth of scripture and encouraging each other to apply it to our lives so that we might grow as disciples who make disciples.

As the Youth and Young Adult Pastor, I developed and coordinatedyouth and young adult ministry programs, established a leadershipteam, and managed adult volunteers working with minors. As theseministries thrived, my responsibilities expanded to small groups,Associate Pastor, and Senior Pastor. As Senior Pastor, I wasresponsible for directional leadership and oversight of the entireorganization involving over ten programs, more than 20departments, six paid staff members, and over 60 volunteers. Idelivered sermons weekly, managed the staff, and functioned asPresident and Chairman of the church board.

At Eielson AFB I was assigned to the 354th Security Forces Squadron as a Response Force Leader and a Flight Armorer. Responsibilities for these positions included both conducting Law Enforcement and Base Security operations. As a flight armorer I was responsible for accountability, issue, return and safeguarding controlled materials. In addition to these roles, I was one of few people throughout the installation accepted as a base honor guard member to perform ceremonial duties for the north Alaska region. Finally, I also served the bases Airmen by volunteering hundreds of hours in a recreation room. ...At Mountain Home AFB I was assigned to the 366th Security Forces Squadron as a Response Force Leader and a Desk Sargent. Responsibilities for these positions included both conducting Law Enforcement and Base Security operations as well as managing the command, communication and control of these operations. In addition to these roles I was recognized throughout the Wing as a distinguished leader by earning both a distinguished graduate award and the Commandant Award in Airmen Leadership School which is awarded to one student based off of academic achievement and votes from both peers and base leadership.

As a fitness trainer I ran fitness boot camps ranging from three to over 30 people at a time. I also had personal training sessions with one or two people at a time. In order to establish clients, I coordinated with local establishments, used networking organizations and utilized web listings.

o Shortly after getting settled into Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) I began an internship at Oaks Fellowship with their young adult ministry, The Gathering. This ministry averaged over 150 young adults and I went from being a new volunteer to leading other volunteers in setting up and tearing down events, handling offerings, hospitality teams, assisting young adults to be active volunteers throughout the church, leading small groups and being a creative team member.
