I was responsible for providing technical support to customers and colleagues on AXA’s product / proposition offering. Personally responsible for the processing of around 20-40 transfer in and out applications received daily including maintainance of the transfer database. Effective liaison with colleagues, clients and ISA managers was imperative as well as ensuring the dealing team were informed in a timely manner of any deals to be placed.
