One of my main duties as a manager is to schedule workers so that, particularly on busier days, we have the appropriate coverage. I take the time to personally train them after they join, making sure they know their responsibilities and have faith in their skills. In order for new hires to successfully contribute to the success of the shop and blend in with the team, they must receive this training.Working with liquor and spirit firms to manage our inventory is a big aspect of my job. I make sure we have all we need to meet consumer demand by closely monitoring stock levels. My top priority is always hitting sales targets, so keeping the proper amount of goods on hand is crucial to my success and the success of the company. Maintaining a well-stocked and well-functioning store is essential to increasing sales and satisfying patrons.I oversee operations and work to create a healthy, upbeat environment for the employees. A positive team dynamic contributes to the establishment of a friendly atmosphere for both clients and staff. I go out of my way to give clients a friendly greeting, help them locate what they need, and make sure their checkout experience is correct and seamless. I take great satisfaction in offering excellent service from the time a customer walks in until they depart.
