During my time at USC thus far, I've been able to foster my analytical mindset and interests with the help of various courses and professors. I have a deep passion for numbers and Microsoft Excel, and thus creating complex Excel models and analyzing market trends is something I am comfortable with due to my educational background.Aside from the numbers, I also have relevant experience in the personable side of the real estate business. As a previous Leasing Sales Intern for WeWork, I enjoyed working on a team while covering my cluster of Downtown LA in order to reach team pipeline goals and generate profit. I generated $129,700 in Actual Contract Value, surpassing my personal goal of $100,000. I will also continue to immerse myself in the commercial real estate industry while at USC, and I hope to connect with like-minded individuals to gain valuable knowledge in the process.
