One protein-peptide conjugate was used in animal studies to analyze efficacy of targeting.Responsible for purification of various proteins from milligram to gram scales, often on short timelines and having to meet strict quality control requirements (low endotoxin, low high molecular weight species, low host cell protein, specific concentration, specific glycosylation).Managed outsourcing of projects for antibody development and protein production to CROs.Solved CRO production issue of one protein complex which allowed us to bring production back in house so much larger quantities could be produced in a shorter time and less expensively.Biologic Lead for Incubator Projects (advised teams on construct and purification needs for new projects not yet in the pipeline).Supervised up to three direct reports in addition to bench work.Collaborated with other groups like Analytics, Lead Discovery, and Process Development to drive projects and platforms forward.
