As a staff sergeant, I am the facility chief of the Mobile Tower System (MOTS). I oversee the facility and maintain that operations follow military and FAA rules and regulations applying to ATC. I ensure the operational readiness of facility equipment, and that all of my soldiers meet the physical standards of AR 40-501, AR 95-2, DA Pam 611-21 and OPM handbook.

It is up to me to check the orders and make sure everything is there. I use an app to keep the customer informed on my progress. I learned the area quick in order to find the fastest routes. In the dining room, I check the orders, make the coffee every hour, bus tables, make the teas and lemonades, stock condiments, and wait on the customers as needed.
