I began my career with the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Officer in Collection. During this period my experience as an investigator began. It was during this time my knowledge of complex tax law and financial analysis relating to the collection processes began. In 1990 I made a transition to the examination function. During the period from 1990 through 2005 I advanced in skills relating to financial analysis, examination techniques, fraud development, and other unique compliance issues, while furthering my skills in interviewing, interrogation, and investigations relating to both the small, midsize, and large business operations.In 2005 I became a Specialty Employment Tax Manager responsible for tax law enforcement in the specialty area relating to workers and their relationships with their payors. My span of control is from the southern portion of Florida through the Caribbean islands. During the last eight years I have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge, skills, and abilities relating to leadership principles and philosophies, advanced tax law, human resource management (training, leadership development, coaching, career development, et al), IT Management, and fraud identification and development.During this period I have also advanced my expertise in the disciplines of "non verbal communication", language statement analysis, and the recognition of emotional expressions on face (F.A.C.E.) These unique skills are being combined in the the development of new theories of communication, a new discipline of communication, and a new method of detecting deception.I am currently enrolled in the International Coaching Federation's coaching curriculum to become a certified executive coach after 2 years (300 hours) of coaching.
