I listen to help individuals and organizations be the best that they can be, both personally and professionally. Through my coaching I help you process your thoughts and through my organizational leadership experience and motivational speaking I help communicate new direction to your teams and organization. I am always developing my knowledge base and listening skills so that I can connect you with the resources you need when you need them. Leadership can be lonely, so I am passionate about connecting leaders with one another to facilitate conversation and knowledge transfer that results in greater emotional intelligence, character, and skill development.
