I am a driven and career minded individual. I like to use my engineering knowledge and leadership/management experience to create success in whatever life throws at me. I am entrepreneurially oriented and love exciting, changing, fast paced environments. I have a passion for process development, product development, process improvement, and technical sales in regards to both products and people. I believe that at the end of the day, without the right people, and the right leadership, the best equipment and processes don't have a chance to succeed. Currently being in a position to do Engineering Sales and develop people excites me. My goal is to one day go into a management role in an engineering sales environment and use my knowledge to help new hires be successful in their careers and experienced sales people succeed as mentors and coaches for the new generation. I believe a good salesman and/or manager needs technical skills, leadership qualities, and a creative entrepreneurial spirit and I know I have what it takes to eventually get there.
