I’m a Salesforce Certified Administrator with years of experience working in high-volume, Agile Salesforce organizations. In my career so far, I’ve worked extensively within Service Cloud, building custom apps and automations to streamline customer success workflows and increase efficiency. The environments I’ve worked in have been so large and handled so much data that I’ve become an expert at designing solutions that follow best practices for maintenance and minimizing the use of organization resources. I’m particularly experienced with workflow automation, designing Workflow Rules, Flows, and Apex Triggers to automate and simplify support processes. I’ve also volunteered for and been hired by nonprofits to repair, maintain, and audit their orgs that use packages including Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Volunteers for Salesforce (V4S).I believe in progress and growth above all else, and continually work to expand my skill set and deepen my understanding. In between sharpening my own skills, I love to coach others in my team and community who are interested in learning Salesforce, and am always available to answer questions and provide advice!In my personal life, I’m a giant nerd and you can frequently find me telling (and sometimes writing) stories and running tabletop role playing games with a group of other giant nerds.
